My background as a physiotherapy assistant helps me identify weaknesses and develop plans that will keep you moving, injury free. Small Group Training
If you have a friend or family member that wants to join you as you embark in your fitness journey, let them! I offer small group training packages for up to four people at discounted rates. More and more people are beginning to take advantage of technology at their fingertips. It doesn't matter where you are in the world, we can still train together! I offer virtual training options for both one-on-one and small group sessions. Don't let your inability to get to a gym stop you from reaching your goals.
Not everyone needs one-on-on coaching. Maybe you just don't know where to start. I can create an individualized program for you to have and complete whenever you want! My programs come with pictures, exercise descriptions, and a list of specific muscles being targeted.
